ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead having hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow platform

Experienced in integrating with upstream and downstream systems strong knowledge on OOTB spokes and mid-server

Experience in API to integrate ServiceNow platform with other systems

Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation

Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria

Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
