Job Summary

Job Location:ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: San Francisco CA/Cincinnati OH/Dallas TX

Duration: 6 months

US Citizen or Green Card Holder only due to Federal Compliance

Only GC or Citizens required

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management or Service Catalog Mobile App Virtual Agent integrations

Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans

Knowledge of unit testing system integration testing performance testing user acceptance testing or any client-specific testing

Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript Jelly one or more Web Services XML HTML and CSS

Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle MySQL databases and AD respectively

Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development test staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability

Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator

Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology

Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Behavioral competency

Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)

Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily

Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e. pre-iteration and retrospectives)

Good to Have:

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification

ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
