We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in door-to-door sales and team management. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional who has successfully led teams and is ready to build and scale a high-output sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruit train and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives
Drive daily weekly and monthly sales performance metrics
Develop territory strategies and execution plans
Conduct field ride-alongs and performance coaching
Maintain accountability and culture within the team
Track KPIs and report performance to executive leadership

Qualifications

Required: Proven team management experience (minimum 2 years leading sales teams)
5 years of sales experience
Door-to-door sales background preferred (alarms fiber telecom pest control etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Performance-driven mindset

Preferred

Experience scaling teams from 5 reps

Experience in commission-based environments
