Job Summary

The Maintenance II technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs on tools equipment and machinery within the warehouse. This mid-level role ensures that facility equipment remains functional and safe supporting daily production uptime. By maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout the Maintenance II plays a vital role in facility efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour
  • Guaranteed Progression:50-cent per hour increases at 90 days 1 year and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.

What Youll Need:

  • Experience: 2 plus years of maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with PLCs hand and power tools and maintenance documentation practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Welding and electrical certifications or licenses pefered

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of up to 75 lbs
  • Standing walking bending kneeling and climbing throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled areas (heat/cold)
  • Ability to work at heights use ladders and operate tools and equipment safely

Work Environment

  • Industrial/warehouse environment with exposure to noise dust machinery and varying temperatures
  • PPE required in all designated areas
  • May require occasional overtime or on-call support based on facility needs
