Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabinet Salesperson with a strong background in working with builders and contractors. The ideal candidate will have proven success in driving cabinet sales managing builder relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of sales expertise technical product knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders contractors and other key partners in the construction industry.
- Identify sales opportunities and present cabinet solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes proposals and design layouts for builder projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design production and installation to ensure timely project completion.
- Stay current on product offerings industry trends and competitor activity.
- Attend job sites and builder meetings as needed to support project planning and sales objectives.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years of cabinet or kitchen/bathroom sales experience preferably with builder accounts.
- Strong understanding of cabinet design materials and construction processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with design software Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-volume builder accounts.
- Familiarity with construction timelines and scheduling processes.
- Knowledge of current trends in kitchen and bath cabinetry.
