Project Quality Specialist
Location: Preferred location: Gdańsk (remote role).
We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Specialist who will support the project management team in all qualityrelated matters including supplier and subcontractor quality as well as customer this role you will lead the implementation assessment and improvement of processes across the entire project value chain ensuring high quality standards operational efficiency and a safe working environment.
How youll make an impact:
- Cooperate with the customer on all Project Quality topics and take full ownership of actions required to resolve issues.
- Enable and coach project team members in evaluating risks problems and solutions from a quality and stakeholder/customer perspective.
- Analyze lessons learned and transferability of experience across projects.
- Plan Quality Assurance activities aimed at minimizing risks.
- Assists in the implementation of effective internal controls.
- Collaborate with the project team on schedules estimates forecasts and budgets related to quality activities.
- Apply project quality procedures and ensure full compliance across the project team.
- Verify that effective internal control systems (project supply site) are in place and aligned with customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Confirm that control plans are implemented effectively to mitigate prioritized risks.
- Conduct project delivery audits and leverage quality data analytics to identify risks failures and nonconformances.
- Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented and successfully completed.
Your Background:
- Higher technical or related education preferred.
- Professional experience in quality management within projects production supply chain or processdriven environments.
- Strong practical understanding of quality standards methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently with general guidance.
- Good knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in international environment.
- Problemsolving skills: ability to address difficult but not highly complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others through clear explanations of facts procedures and best practices.
