About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented German-speaking Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Krakow. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth within the German-speaking market. If you are ambitious sales-minded and ready for a new challenge in Poland we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German-speaking market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct outreach via calls emails and meetings to generate leads
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Report on pipeline activity and sales performance
Requirements
Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level minimum)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales business development or a related field
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets
Proficiency in English (working language)
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Must be willing to relocate to Krakow Poland
