Introduction
POSITION: Manufacturing Specialist (12 months contract)
INDUSTRY: Pharmaceutical
SALARIES: Up to R60k p/m

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor execution of technology transfer activities
- Perform root-cause analyses for yield losses inefficiencies and process variability
- Provide technical guidance during trial engineering and validation batches
- Identify opportunities for process simplification automation and data-driven decision-making
- Prepare and compile technical documents required for regulatory submissions
- Conduct techno-commercial audits
- Maintain technical files and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
- Review batch execution records validation reports
- Ensure final transfer reports are completed and approved
- Recommend process improvements based on statistical scientific and operational data
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Engineering or Pharmacy bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience
Package & Remuneration
SALARIES: Up to R60k p/m
