9-12 Month contract position available for a CONTRACTS MANAGER based in Pretoria with a leading optic systems company.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Support the projects team by monitoring compliance manage contract changes identify risks and advise on active contracts
- Assist with the interpretation of contracts and support flexible contracting models
- Contract negotiations
- Provide consultative support to the marketing and sales teams
Requirements
- Law degree / LLB
- 5-10 Years experience in contract management from a high-tech or engineering environment
- Experience with global customer contracting and regulated environments
- Regulatory knowledge: familiar with ITAR EAR FAR/DFARS IP licensing models Incoterms and data security clauses
