The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support maintenance optimisation and continuous evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Exchange Online OneDrive Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Power BI Microsoft Copilot and integrated services).
  
• Analyse business processes and craft practical scalable solutions workflows and automations that drive efficiency and unlock value organisation-wide.
  
• Partner closely with stakeholders in an agile collaborative way to translate needs into high-impact Microsoft 365 implementations.
  
• Provide expert guidance hands-on training and change support to boost adoption and empower colleagues to work smarter.
  
• Troubleshoot issues monitor performance and proactively resolve challenges to ensure seamless reliable operations.
  
• Champion best practices and help shape how teams collaborate and innovate every day.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  
• 35 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration configuration and development.
  
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent certification).
  
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem especially SharePoint Teams Power Automate Power Apps Power BI and related tools.
  
• Proven analytical mindset with a track record of tackling complex problems and delivering practical high-value solutions.
  
• Exceptional communication stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience working with multiple business units and supporting varied teams.
