International recruitment experience in US/UK/EU geography.
Years of exp: 1 year to max 2.5 years experience in temp/contract recruitment.
Non-IT hiring experience preferably in construction domain.
End to end recruitment experience (full lifecycle of recruitment from Sourcing screening interviewing till offer rollout)
Experience of using ATS (Applicant tracking systems)
Ability to pick up Admin stuff like Timesheets/ Bookings etc.
Good communication skills with ability to interact well with stakeholders.
Total Experience Expected: 01-04 years
