Who we are looking for
We are seeking a passionate committed Deputy Manager who thrives in a residential childrens home environment. You will support the Registered Manager in running the home mentoring staff and ensuring outstanding care for young people. You will play a key role in creating a safe nurturing environment where children can thrive.
