Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team supporting older adults living independently in Wareham Purbeck and the surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Home Instead Care Assistant you will be matched with a small group of regular clients in your local area allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care.
Unlike many care providers our visits are a minimum of 1 hour meaning you have time to provide genuine support and companionship.
Your duties may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Helping clients with morning and evening routines
- Supporting with personal care such as dressing or showering
- Prompting medication
- Preparing simple meals
- Light household tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments shopping or social activities
Pay & Benefits
- 14.00 15.00 per hour

Qualifications :
No previous care experience is required we provide full training and ongoing support.

Requirements
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Be able to work mornings evenings and every other weekend
- Be kind reliable and compassionate
- Be comfortable working in Wareham Purbeck and surrounding areas
Experience in care is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
