JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager with event hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
o 2yrs or more previous bar management experience
o Personal licence holder
o Proficient in Microsoft office package
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing
o Experience in delivering high- end events within a new location
o Strong customer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
o Exceptional organisational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and training of front -of-house team
Stock management
Act as the primary customer contact building trusted long- lasting relationships ensure all client needs are understood and exceeded.
People management
Achieving targets as set by HOD
Financial reporting
Managing staff Rota
Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
Working with sales team to maximize event booking opportunity
Working with suppliers on menu change
Working with external events coordinator
Managing external contractors (cleaning security)
