What youll do
Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP) offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery
Youre aninspirational key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them

You have
Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group
Experience of adult learning working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group
Qualifications- Level 3 in Health and social care.
Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.
Transferable skills such as active listening advocating and providing praise and feedback.

The practical bits
Work pattern to be discussed as working alongside another colleague as part of split role
Able to use technology including Outlook Word Excel and internet browse
Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
