About the role:

We are looking for a WalkMe Developer to join our award-winning Enterprise Delivery Change Management team that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group.

The WalkMe Developer is responsible for supporting the Program WalkMe Lead supporting the effectiveness of Digital Insurer WalkMe solutions and frameworks. The position plays a critical role facilitating the design and delivery of WalkMe solutions supporting user capability and enabling the team as a technical referral to ensure WalkMe processes are simplified for our people meet regulatory requirements and deliver an optimal customer experience.

Operating within the Momentum (scaled agile) delivery model the WalkMe Developer will have experience working within a highly regulated environment ideally in insurance and with a passion for delivering positive user experience outcomes. They will bring experience in supporting projects delivered through a continuous delivery model (Agile) approach and traditional delivery models.

You will join an Enterprise Change team made up of supportive and highly experienced Change practitioners communications specialists learning specialists and leaders who care about our teams development and wellbeing. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.

What youll do:

  • Engage with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand processes and user needs ensuring WalkMe solutions accurately support how people work.
  • Understand user journeys system behaviour and process changes to identify opportunities for effective inapp guidance and adoption support.
  • Design configure and deliver WalkMe solutions (e.g. walkthroughs smart tips launchers) that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Support rollout and adoption across the program through collaboration with change and learning teams including demos pilots and ontheground support.

About you:

  • WalkMe Build Technical System Experience (Desired).
  • Digital and Financial services industry experience (Mandatory).
  • 3-5 years of experience operating within a digital environment ideally in Insurance.
  • Previous experience complying with and applying technical processes.
  • Track record of building collaborative relationship with a diverse stakeholder base.
