Job Description
Role: Intern Manager (10 week extracurricular)
Location: Atlanta Georgia and New York New York
The Intern Manager on the Membership Development team plays a critical role in enabling World 50 Groups commercial growth initiatives by leading coaching and deploying a cohort of college interns to support revenue-generating priorities. This role ensures interns are onboarded trained and activated to deliver high-impact commercial outputs across prospecting account intelligence pipeline development and sales operations support.
This is a highly hands-on execution-driven role focused on translating go-to-market strategy into scalable intern programs and measurable business impact. The Intern Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for intern performance converting Membership Development priorities into clear workstreams reinforcing quality standards and ensuring timely commercially relevant delivery. Success in this role is measured by the intern programs contribution to pipeline quality sales efficiency and the overall effectiveness of Membership Development initiatives.
Onboarding Training & People Leadership
- Play a key role in onboarding and managing a cohort of Membership Development interns throughout the summer program
- Deliver hands-on training through live sessions walkthroughs shadowing and real-time feedback
- Reinforce core processes expectations and quality standards to ensure consistent execution
- Create a supportive approachable environment where interns feel comfortable asking questions and learning
- Provide ongoing coaching guidance and performance feedback to support growth and accountability
- Serve as a mentor and day-to-day manager helping interns build foundational professional and sales skills
Commercial & Technology Excellence
- Lead and prioritize intern programs that directly enable Membership Development and revenue-generating teams across prospecting account development and pipeline execution
- Partner with MDC Managers MD leadership and go-to-market stakeholders to convert sales priorities into structured intern workstreams that accelerate deal flow and coverage
- Establish performance standards operating cadences and success metrics to ensure intern contributions drive measurable impact on pipeline quality speed and conversion
- Own intern capstone initiatives as revenue-aligned projects defining scope milestones and business-ready deliverables that advance World 50 Groups commercial strategy
Skills & Capabilities
