Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at Think Tell Junction
Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate you will be the face of our company dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in product selection and provide informative recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash credit and debit transactions
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor ensuring all products are properly displayed
- Stock shelves replenish products as needed and conduct regular inventory checks
- Educate customers about current sales promotions and product features
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software
