As the HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our workforce and drive organizational success.
The Human Resources role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with SW Corps mission overseeing the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and managing HR policies processes and the Employee Handbook. The position provides guidance to managers and employees (with U.S. immigration visa experience as a plus) drives employee engagement and a positive workplace culture leads training and development initiatives analyzes HR data for informed decision-making promotes diversity and inclusion and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives.
