Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer service calls ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate and support daily customer service operations.
- Maintain clean organized and well-stocked copier and supply areas.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties for office materials and supplies.
- Deliver supplies including copier toner and paper across multiple office locations.
- Perform basic maintenance on copiers and printers and assist with equipment relocation.
- Track and record meter readings service logs and inventory levels.
- Collect analyze and report data to leadership and clients.
- Prepare and support monthly performance and service reports.
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Experience delivering training sessions (formal or informal).
- Ability to set goals prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions as needed.
- Ability to stay updated on current technology and industry trends.
Additional Information :
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
