Job Summary

Office Services Lead
Culver City CA (Onsite)
2Month Contract
M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)


Qualifications :

  • Leads day-to-day operations of specified up to 2-person site service or shift. Responsible for providing customer service support managing mail and supply distribution and maintaining office equipment operations in a fast-paced service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer service calls ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and support daily customer service operations.
  • Maintain clean organized and well-stocked copier and supply areas.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties for office materials and supplies.
  • Deliver supplies including copier toner and paper across multiple office locations.
  • Perform basic maintenance on copiers and printers and assist with equipment relocation.
  • Track and record meter readings service logs and inventory levels.
  • Collect analyze and report data to leadership and clients.
  • Prepare and support monthly performance and service reports.

Requirements & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot complex equipment.
  • Experience delivering training sessions (formal or informal).
  • Ability to set goals prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions as needed.
  • Ability to stay updated on current technology and industry trends.

 


Additional Information :

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
