Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global Archer Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The Manager IAP Governance Support reporting into the Director Global Archer Services plays a critical role in driving the successful execution and governance of the Integrated Approach Program. This program spans multiple stakeholders and product owners across Risk Privacy Compliance Audit and IT. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining program health and ensuring effective collaboration across workstreams. Additionally the role involves running key governance forums and supporting monthly steering committee (SteerCo) meetings. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills agile execution expertise and hands-on experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW).

Position Responsibilities:

  • IAP Working Group and Steering Committee Coordination: Lead weekly meetings with IAP Working Group members including setting the agenda speakers compiling the meeting materials and summarizing key decisions and takeaways. Prepare Steering Committee meeting materials.

  • Risks Actions Issues and Decisions (RAID): Maintain the program-level IAP RAID log ensuring inputs from the project-specific RAID logs are received on a timely basis to enable timely reporting to the IAP Working Group and Steering Committee.

  • IAP Metrics Reporting: Collaborate with our team of more than 10 Product Owners to define and report on product-specific metrics including: data quality adoption and user experience.

  • Product Owner Training: Develop deliver and maintain training materials to enable our team of Product Owners to comply with our IAP Governance Framework. This includes frequently asked questions as well as pain points and action plans derived from periodic retrospectives.

  • Program Administration: Monitor the IAP shared inbox for communications with Stakeholders and manage the IAP calendar including Working Group and Steering Committee meetings.

  • IAP Knowledge Management and Documentation: Develop and maintain knowledge management repository for core applications including a comprehensive data dictionary. Identify key integration points within Archer and potential enterprise systems outside Archer.

  • Archer Environment Management: Develop and maintain release management schedule. Assist in monitoring application promotions through environments. Monitor environment consistency and availability. Monitor change requests and release schedules for changes taking place and update accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business risk management information technology or related field. Post graduate degree or professional designation in a related risk control or compliance domain is an asset.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management governance or a related leadership role.

  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong background in Risk Privacy Compliance Audit or IT domains. Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW).

  • Proven ability to lead agile execution and drive successful program outcomes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address program risks and challenges.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills to deliver program milestones. Proficiency in governance frameworks agile methodologies and program reporting.

  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and workstreams.
