Job Summary
Position: Social Media Manager (Gaming)
Working Hours: Full-Time Flexible with some overlap during PST hours for key meetings
and regular team cadence (this will be discussed during onboarding)
Search Location: PhilippinesLatin America (Brazil and others)
Salary: 1000 - 1500 USD/month

About the Client:
We are a team of former Riot Games (League of Legends TFT) developers.
Our game is live and we need a creative gamer to own our social media presence.
This isnt a role for a manager who just delegateswe need a creator who can jump into the game record clips and make things people actually want to watch.
About the Role:
You will own the games social presence and be the driving force behind the game
We work asynchronously with very few meetings. Youll have one 30-minute sync per week the rest of the time we trust you to execute.
Role Responsibilities:
- Run the Show: Own our TikTok X Instagram and YouTube.
- Make Content: Create 45 short-form videos per week.
- Capture Gameplay: Jump into the game (even early builds) to record your own footage.
- Edit: Turn raw gameplay or community streams into high-performing clips.
- Stay Relevant: Watch gaming trends and memes then test them out for us.
- Be Independent: We work async (minimal meetings). Youll have a 30-minute sync once a week; the rest of the time we trust you to execute.
Requirements:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- A Gamer: You live and breathe gaming culture and memes.
- A Creator: You have strong video editing skills (CapCut Premiere etc.).
- Autonomous: You dont need a boss hovering over your shoulder to get work done.
- English Speaker: You have Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with a live-service or indie PC game
- Familiarity with ocean island or exploration-themed games
- Based in the Philippines (Preferred)
