Job Description
We are currently seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our team at FDR Financial Group. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. This role will require strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish ensuring all deadlines are met
- Coordinate project team members and assign tasks accordingly
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and upper management
- Identify and mitigate any risks that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to budget constraints
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Proficient in project management software tools
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
- Previous experience managing remote teams is a plus
