Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at FDR Financial Group. As a remote employee you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal team members. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting IT issues setting up and maintaining hardware and software systems and ensuring smooth operation of all IT-related functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to team members remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Ensure data security and privacy are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall system efficiency.
- Document and track all IT-related issues and resolutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems networks and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with remote IT support tools and software.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
