Key Responsibilities
- National Governance & Program Leadership
- Lead national execution alignment across Regional PMs Program Managers NWM/TechInsights teams and T-Mobile HQ leads.
- Own staffing governance onboarding readiness NTID/tool access validation.
- Strategic Planning & Resource Management
- Manage monthly national hiring and capacity plans for all key roles.
- Oversee nationwide resource distribution onsite/offsite mix and rapid scaling.
- National Operations Oversight
- Govern daily Go/No-Go and execution quality across all regions.
- Enforce national drive test methodologies compliance safety and vendor execution standards.
- Workflow Systems & Automation Governance
- Own national NWM workflow structure automations integrations and workorder governance.
- Coordinate updated flow diagrams system integration points and automation readiness.
- Readiness Compliance & Quality
- Ensure complete training certification MOP adherence and vendor compliance.
- Drive national QC improvement initiatives across all regions.
- Reporting Analytics & Dashboarding
- Own national reporting packages dashboards KPIs escalation summaries and performance trends.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Run national coordination calls align with Capstone Actix engineering and operations.
- Support P&L finance validations PID creation and hiring governance.
- Issue Management & Escalations
- Maintain national escalation matrix and oversee critical issue resolution.
Competencies
- Executive communication risk mitigation vendor governance analytics workflow mapping.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to Program Director / Delivery Lead (FCC Ops Center).
- Collaborates with Regional PMs Program Manager Software SME RF/NWM teams and T Mobile HQ.

- 712 years in telecom project/program management.
- Experience managing multi region programs with 100 resources.
- Strong understanding of RF drive testing KPIs workflows and NWM/automation systems.
