Job Summary

Job Purpose
To ensure smooth operational processes and delivery quality CPBFI batches as well as center led batches through
a common portal. Having hold on figures understand the daily operational processes and the challenges around it
and can take quick decisions pertaining to it. Should have a decent relationship management skill with ability to
relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires work to be done collaboratively in a
multi-disciplinary team of different stakeholders including legal and technology. Able to manage the operations
team tracking the daily weekly and monthly engagements with trackers. This role requires to track & maintain
data by ensuring all metrics are in control to achieve the AOP target. The focus on the operational data monthly
deck by the training partners and discrepancies around it needs to timely be addressed with clarity. The tech team
operations team for center and colleges and the legal team along with the other operations team members will
be reporting to the Operations Head.


The expectation from the person will be complete ownership of the vertical manage the entire team of 4-5 team
members bring operations efficiency gear the team with automation and enable them to move to enhanced
processes to make their daily tasks more self-sufficient. Accountability and stretching beyond the working hours
will be needed as batch related concerns do come during office and beyond office hours as well. This role will be
leading the entire PMO with the help of dashboards and live data tracking to support the project requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities

as centres. To lead and supervise the daily
operations by Operations Team for
seamless training and quality assurance for
the Batch by ensuring effective and efficient
operations resulting in no overdue items in
any batch plan at any given point of time.
Later the same will be applicable for other
advanced programs that will be a part of
the Skillserv initiative.
Supervise completion of Daily CPBFI
Batch Plan Activities (BOD) forming
Tasks for the Day for Operations Team.
Timely execution of critical activities by
supervising completion of EOD Checklist
comprising of pre-CPBFI requirements
during the training items and post
training items.
Clear SOPs around the pre during and
post CPBFI and the center led processes.
Defined engagements for all the phases
of CPBFI ensuring that the students and
the training partners experience ease.
Bills in hand E-MOU MOU dispatching
Certificate Dispatch MS Access Upload
Data mailed)
Seamless end-to-end execution of the
Batch right from Pre-Launch to
certificates.
Batch Performance Reports and Trainer

Key Decisions / Dimensions
All decisions related to batches and the operational part of it to be taken care of. If the issues are beyond
operations can consult the reporting manager. With regard to payments and billing need to review the
commercials with clarity as we operate through different models.
New processes SOPs and key decision and recommendations shared by the internal team.
Operational efficiency is the key and anything which comes in that regard to be discussed and executed.
Major Challenges
1. Running a portal with all the stakeholders involved in it may be challenging. Hence how we make it simple and
scalable would be important to look at.
2. Seasonal nature of project so there are dozens of batches running simultaneously putting pressure on the
team and creating logistic challenges.
3. College coordinators may have conflicting priorities and therefore CPBFI may get inadequate attention from
colleges hence few milestones may get delayed.
4. College timings may not allow sufficient time to conduct CPBFI for 3 hours a day. Long-running batches cause
operational challenges.
Challenges about pre during and post CPBFI processes.
6. IT portal functioning issues.
7. Delay in bill payments and hence follow up mails coming from the TPs can be a concern.
Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA/Post-graduate
Training Domain familiarity preferred.
Tech background and experience of working on the IT platform in the past.
CSR or social work background not preferred.
Some course related to planning design thinking project management and others would be a good addition.

Relevant and total years of Experience
At least 12-15 years of experience of stakeholder management.
Handled senior leadership teams and have proactively work on project plans.
Should have demonstrated stretching and agility in his previous roles.

In house BFL employee would be preferred if possible.
