The position

As a Global Business Strategy Analysis Lead you will:

• • Deliver actionable insights for our commercial strategy (Therapeutic Area Strategies) and brand strategy using data and innovative technology.
  • Drive business cases for new launches and future portfolio strategies.
  • Enhance insights in and from the insights portal (LEA/Power BI) to support development operations strategic marketing and project teams.
  • Identify and implement new methodologies and sources to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Lead and develop the business insights function creating standard practices guidance and training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments at global and affiliate levels.
  • Support the future portfolio with data and business insights to drive commercial and access readiness.
  • Create visualization of datasets and develop user-friendly dashboards to simplify data analysis.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• • A masters degree in business engineering or life sciences.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in industry and/or as a consultant.
  • Proven experience in market mix modelling techniques and analytics (preferably in the pharmaceutical domain).
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with various pharmaceutical commercial and patient databases as well as large-scale data processing.
  • Ability to independently manage workstreams and initiatives to consistently deliver desired outcomes.

You will be part of the P&PS GBS team a dynamic and collaborative department dedicated to driving strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results. Based in a fast-paced and innovative environment the team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address key business objectives and processes
