Our culture
Reinventing the travel industry isnt easy but thats the fun part. As Lead Analyst for Growth Data youll own the analytics function for Headouts growth teams and be the strategic partner to growth leadership. This isnt a reporting role; youll shape how we measure forecast and accelerate Headouts acquisition and retention engine. Youll build the intelligence layer that transforms the team by building forecasting systems dynamic pricing recommendations and inventory health metrics that theyll use to make decisions. Youll also mentor analysts raise the bar on analytical rigor and ensure insights are not just correct but trusted and adopted. We believe the best analysts own problems not tasks. Youll be measured by the outcomes you enable not the dashboards you ship.
