YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Support Manager you will oversee all sales support staff for the regional sales areas to ensure best-in-class customer service. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives aligned with efficiency gains strategic projects supporting sales operations and management of senior-level team members.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Empower the department to deliver a best-in-class experience to our rep partners ensuring we uphold our value of being easiest to do business with.

  • Oversee customer service levels and KPI measurements for the regional sales areas ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes to make the sales department maintain or increase efficiency including gathering feedback on the customer experience; Plan delegate and see improvements through to execution.

  • Lead strategic initiatives for the department and/or sales channel acting as a subject matter expert and involving other teams as needed.

  • Assist with account onboarding and offboarding as required including the development of training and coordination of account set-up and acting as the main point of contact for any account updates or changes including pricing.

  • Supervise coach mentor and develop employees and direct workload of sales support team including daily tasks and special projects.

  • Keep all regional sales documentation up to date and distribute (i.e. SharePoint etc.) along with holiday schedules to the rep community when required.

  • Assist with sales training seminars and factory visits. Involves choosing the proper people for the training to maximize Greenhecks investment.

  • Must be proficient in all systems and is responsible for assisting in implementing sales systems processes (CRM SAP Parts Invoice Adjustment App My Account DocuWare and data analytics platforms such as BI PBI etc.)

  • Identify and improve customer service standards and issues to make the sales department continue to be efficient.

  • Develop and coordinate training for new and existing sales representatives working with regional sales and business unit staff when appropriate.

  • Perform annual reviews appraisals and performance management reviews for the sales support team.

  • Travel to rep offices based on business requirements must have the ability to be professional and effective in public speaking and training on systems and processes.

  • Expert knowledge of sales duties executed by the sales support team required.

  • Cost center management.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • Prior supervisory/people leadership experience required.

  • Advanced analytical ability required.

  • Advanced computer skills required (i.e. CAPS SAP CRM PBI etc.).

  • Public speaking skills required including the ability to present to a large audience.

  • Ability to travel to rep offices as needed required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes a base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $102553-$126683 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work.
