POSITION Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Internal Position)
JOB LOCATION Grafton WI (must be able to commute)
STARTING DATE Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift 8:00am to 5:00pm (MondayFriday 60-minute unpaid lunch)
STARTING PAY $18 to $19 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Customer service experience preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS Bilingual Spanish
As a Customer Service Representative at SEEK Careers/Staffing you are right on the front lines the glue that holds it all together! You will be assisting candidates and assignment employees answering questions helping them through the onboarding process and supporting our team in matching great people with great companies.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phones and assist assignment employees with questions and concerns
Assign onboarding paperwork and complete I-9s and employment applications
Interpret for Spanish-speaking employees
Administer pre-employment drug tests
Set up interviews for candidates on-site
Cold call and follow up on resumes and applications
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Qualifications
Positive outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to type 40 WPM and have strong keyboard accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Desire to learn grow and be part of a supportive team
Ability to commute to Grafton daily
Bilingual Spanish required
