You will play a vital role in enhancing our customers experience ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues through effective problem-solving.
- Educate customers on product features services and policies.
- Process orders modifications and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
