Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Calculate gross-to-net wages overtime deductions and tax withholdings.
Data Management: Collect verify and enter timesheets and employee data (new hires salary changes) into payroll systems.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal state and local tax laws and labor regulations.
Query Resolution: Handle employee questions regarding pay benefits and tax forms.
Reporting & Auditing: Generate payroll reports reconcile accounts and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
