Job Summary
TPT Wealth is a major provider of financial products and services including Wills Estates and Trustee Services Managed Investments and Commercial Lending. Established as a Trustee Company in 1887 TPT is a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Ltd.
The Trust Specialist based in Hobart or Launceston Tasmania will be responsible for the management of deceased estates trusts powers of attorney and financial administration appointments.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage a book of Estate Trust Power of Attorney and Personal Injury customers in accordance with the legislative and regulatory framework governing a private trustee company.
- Provide proactive and high-quality customer service and support with a positive empathetic attitude and a solution-focussed approach.
- Manage workload and service milestones in order to achieve timely and quality outcomes for clients and satisfy Key Performance Indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we do things and deliver better customer outcomes.
About You
Your ability to learn and adapt will be key. Youll be great at balancing planned and reactive work and always look to put customers first.
Our successful candidate will have:
- Experience in trustee legal or financial services in a customer-facing role
- Experience in leading supporting or managing a small team
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
