Job Summary
Description
- Receiving storing and distributing materials in compliance with warehouse procedures ensuring accountability and accuracy of inventory
- Tracking inventory levels managing stock replenishment and resolving discrepancies using logistics management systems
- Inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and preparing detailed reports to document findings
- Coordinating with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution of materials to required locations
- Maintaining organized warehouse areas by implementing effective storage solutions and inventory controls to optimize space and workflow

Requirements
- Two years of inventory/supply experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent military supply experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records track shipments and ensure the availability of materials in compliance with DoD requirements
- Skilled in inputting managing and retrieving data using warehouse and inventory management systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
- Proficient in verifying incoming shipments coordinating the proper storage and preparing items for outgoing distribution
- Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and compliance with safety standards in a warehouse environment
- Experience with automated inventory control and barcode scanning technologies to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and optimize logistical operations
- Knowledge of shipping regulations including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to manage military shipments

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
