Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and production with a keen eye for detail and a passion for this role you will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish ensuring that all content is delivered on time within budget and meets the clients expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies and ideas that align with the clients goals and objectives

- Manage the production process for all content including videos social media posts blog articles and other digital assets

- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Conduct research and gather information to support content development

- Write edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the companys standards and the clients requirements

- Create and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines

- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to the team and clients

- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and meets industry best practices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our content

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in content creation and production preferably in an agency setting

- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Proficient in content management systems and video editing software

- Knowledge of SEO best practices

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
