Major Responsibilities

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• Assist with resolving theday to daytechnologyissues experienced by thebusiness
• Provide support for theoffice basedAudioVisual equipmentinmeeting rooms
• Providedadvice to thebusinesson the capabilities of the tools associated with Office 365
• CoordinateIT equipment purchases setupand deliveries to new starters.
• Work closely with the Melbourne based IT Manager and Serviceprovider
• Assistingthe business in the adoption ofdigital practices
• Ensuring the business always operates with Cybersecurity in mind.

OTHER

• Develop a continuous improvement approach to the technology and security environmentacrossall processes and products inuse

Qualifications SkillsandExperience

• 2-3yearsexperienceworking asanIT Support officerorIT Service Deskanalyst
• Aqualification inInformation Systems
• ExperiencewithMicrosoft technologies such as:WindowsOperatingSystems;Microsoft0365;Intune;Active Directory;Defender End Point protection;WAN/LAN technologies
• Ability totroubleshoot issues and manageprioritieseffectively while maintaining a high degree ofcustomer orientation
• A good understanding of cybersecurity best practises
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendlylanguage
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and meetdeadlines
• Proactive responsiveflexibleand solution-focused
• Productive when working autonomously andunsupervised
• Self-motivated self-disciplined to achieve goals and keep abreast of new technologies andmethodologies
• Understand and promote team culture respectingneedsand contributions ofothers
• Exposure to the following will be beneficial although not mandatory:0365 Security;Single SignOn(SSO);Cloudbased technologies;Disaster Recovery;AzureAD
