The Role

Sioux Ho Chi Minh is expanding rapidly and we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in building our engineering team and supporting our growth journey in Asia.

Job requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment (80%):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective hiring approaches

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards referrals networking)

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams

  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when necessary.

Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.

HR Administration (20%):

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires

  • Coordinate internal activities or employee engagement initiatives when required

  • Support office operations in Ho Chi Minh when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prefer candidates with the orientation of long-term commitment.

  • Have more than 3 years of experience in full cycle of recruitment including at least 2 years in the IT industry. Experience in hiring international candidates is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • High sense of responsibility and attention to details.

  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

  • Resilient and persistent especially when working on challenging or niche roles

  • Quick learner with strong curiosity and the ability to understand new roles technologies or business domains.

  • Highly motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and determination to achieve hiring goals.

  • Positive energetic personality with the ability to bring good energy and contribute to a lively and collaborative office atmosphere.

  • Interest or experience in supporting other HR functions such as employee engagement employee relations etc. or admin tasks.
