Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
This role focuses on engaging leaders at multiple levels and across organizations to accelerate safety risk decision-making and foster a proactive safety culture. You will establish and manage the governance structure that supports the SMS including committees and working groups that enable effective decision-making. You will create optimize and drive adoption of mechanisms to ensure long-term SMS success. Additionally you will translate SMS principles into language that resonates with diverse audiences and build coalitions to implement safety management best practices. Success in this role requires building trust and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable broad-scope results.

- 5 years of program or project Management experience
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
- Bachelors degree or BS degree
- Demonstrated experience identifying hazards and developing risk mitigations
- Experience identifying mitigating and managing business risks and tradeoffs
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Masters degree

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
