The Role:
We are seeking a Front Desk (Chat/Email) professional to manage customer communications entirely remotely. You will be the first point of contact for our clients handling inquiries via chat and email providing accurate information resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This is an ideal role for someone organized professional and customer-focused who enjoys solving problems and working in a collaborative team environment all from the comfort of your home.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills in English
Customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and internet skills (email chat MS Office CRM tools)
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet professional workspace
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively
Professional and courteous communication style
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
