Assistant Manager Senior Engineer Installation & Commissioning ( Bengaluru)

1. Customer site travel and provide on-site support for installation validation and commissioning of Vertical & 2P packaging machines for applications like Snacks Powder food Detergent powder and Carton packaging.
2. Test of automated systems for efficiency safety and reliability.
3. Travelling to clients location to solve software mechanical and electrical related issues.
4. Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting service and repairs
5. Provide on-site training to the customer
6. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering Manufacturing and Customer Support.
7. Share suggestions with technical team continual improvement in the field of commissioning and drive for implementation.
8. Develop service technical reports for improvement in future projects
9. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
10. Support in Plant FAT for projects and successfully complete SAT for the same projects
11. Provide feedback on site improvements to Engineering for future issue prevention and resolution

Qualifications :

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having 5 - 10 years experience in servicing Vertical & 2P  Packaging machines.

1. Good communication skills in languages English and Hindi.
2. Good customer training skills in terms of both theoretical and Practical.
3. Quick issue analysis resolution & reporting.
4. Positive response to the customer to address all required needs on machines.
5. Site knowledge sharing with CFT teammates and drive for implementation.
