This role reports to the Training Team Leader and is part of the wider People Safety & Communications team working collaboratively to support consistent highquality training across the organisation.

About the Role
As a Field Trade Coach youll play a central role in building the capability of our field crews. Your work will be predominantly in the field delivering practical training mentoring and competency assessments directly where the work happens. Youll collaborate with operational leaders to identify development needs maintain bestpractice technical standards and support improvements to training materials and processes. Your daytoday focus will be on working closely with people helping them grow perform confidently and most importantly to work safely.
