Job Summary
Perfect Life Group is a personal development company helping ambitious professionals achieve meaningful change in their careers mindset and lives. Were expanding our network of independent coaches and are looking for motivated self-starters to deliver our programs to a growing client base. This is a genuine contractor opportunity you bring the people skills we provide the system training and leads.
Tasks
- Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to clients using Perfect Life Groups established programs and frameworks
- Run workshops and online sessions for clients at various stages of their personal development journey
- Manage your own client relationships follow-ups and progress tracking
- Work independently to meet client outcomes and satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with the wider Perfect Life Group team for onboarding training and ongoing support
Requirements
- Background in coaching people development sales leadership or a related professional field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable working with clients one-on-one and in groups
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload
- Registered or willing to register as a self-employed contractor (sole trader or Ltd company)
- No formal coaching certification required relevant experience and attitude are what matter
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
