The Traffic Manager supports the efficient flow of work across the Creative Studio within the Marketing & Brand Experience (MBX) organization. This role is responsible for managing creative intake routing prioritization and capacity to ensure work is aligned predictable and delivered on time.
Working very closely with Project Managers and Creative Studio leads the Traffic Manager aligns approved priorities timelines and sequencing with day-to-day execution. This role serves as a key connector between planning and production ensuring the teams doing the work have clarity balance and realistic delivery expectations.
The Traffic Manager uses the project management tool (Workfront) to manage assignments maintain visibility into work in progress and support dashboards and reporting that provide insight into creative workloads capacity and delivery status.
Responsibilities
Creative Intake Routing & Prioritization (40%)
- Own creative request routing and sequencing for the Creative Studio
- Assign work in coordination with Creative Studio leads based on priority skill set and availability
- Balance Creative Studio workload across Level 13 work
- Ensure creative requests are approved properly scoped and ready for execution
Workflow Capacity & Alignment (30%)
- Maintain real-time visibility into creative workloads utilization and availability
- Partner closely with PMO Project Managers to align creative schedules with project timelines
- Coordinate directly with Creative Studio leads and team members to confirm sequencing and feasibility
- Proactively flag conflicts capacity constraints and delivery risks
Tracking Dashboards & Communication (20%)
- Track work-in-progress and delivery timelines within the project management tool (Workfront)
- Maintain accurate statuses and data to support dashboards and reporting
- Provide clear consistent updates to PMO Creative Studio leads and stakeholders on creative delivery
Process Improvement & Standards (10%)
- Follow and reinforce PMO and Creative Studio workflows and standards
- Identify opportunities to improve creative flow prioritization and efficiency
- Contribute to repeatable processes templates and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications design operations or a related field and 4 years of experience in traffic management creative operations or studio coordination. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
- Experience working directly with creative teams and studio leads in in-house or agency environments
- Hands-on experience using project management tools to manage creative workflows (Workfront preferred)
- Strong organizational prioritization and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative solutions-oriented mindset
