- Certified Respiratory Care Therapist; Valid and Current Arkansas Board of Respiratory Care

How youll contribute
- Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Staff Management & Development: Oversees recruitment scheduling payroll performance management training conflict resolution and professional growth opportunities; responsible for hiring terminating and administering corrective actions.
- Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitors budgets contracts vendor relations and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA); manages procurement equipment and supply usage to ensure efficiency and readiness.
- Patient Care & Service Coordination: Assesses quality of patient care coordinates services among patients staff physicians and departments and provides direct care when necessary.
- Confidentiality & Stakeholder Relations: Maintains sensitive information securely serves internal staff and external clients/vendors and fosters a collaborative environment that meets organizational and regulatory standards.
