Full time permanent onsite role.

Salary - $86132 to $116272/ year

Negotiable sign on bonus

Must-Haves

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
Certified Respiratory Care Therapist; Valid and Current Arkansas Board of Respiratory Care
Management Experience; strongly preferred

Nice-To-Haves

(BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire/transfer date
(ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire/transfer date
(PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire/transfer date

Job Description

Shift: FT M-F 8am-5pm coverage for open shifts will also be required as needed.

How youll contribute

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Staff Management & Development: Oversees recruitment scheduling payroll performance management training conflict resolution and professional growth opportunities; responsible for hiring terminating and administering corrective actions.
Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitors budgets contracts vendor relations and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA); manages procurement equipment and supply usage to ensure efficiency and readiness.
Patient Care & Service Coordination: Assesses quality of patient care coordinates services among patients staff physicians and departments and provides direct care when necessary.
Confidentiality & Stakeholder Relations: Maintains sensitive information securely serves internal staff and external clients/vendors and fosters a collaborative environment that meets organizational and regulatory standards.
