Job Title: Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for end to end project execution ensuring robust governance effective stakeholder management and timely delivery of project outcomes.
This role requires strong leadership communication and the ability to work collaboratively across cross functional teams to drive successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

Lead end to end project planning execution monitoring and closure.
Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation models.
Track progress against milestones and maintain project documentation.
Manage risks issues dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards timelines and quality benchmarks.

2. Governance & Compliance

Establish and manage project governance frameworks and forums.
Prepare and present periodic governance reports dashboards and status updates.
Maintain compliance with organizational project management standards (PMO frameworks).
Ensure documentation accuracy audit readiness and adherence to approved processes.

3. Stakeholder Management

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define expectations and outcomes.
Facilitate structured stakeholder reviews presentations and communications.
Manage expectations resolve conflicts and drive alignment across teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and escalations.

4. Cross Functional Coordination

Collaborate with business technology operations and vendor teams to execute project tasks.
Ensure smooth coordination between distributed and remote teams.
Drive accountability across all project contributors.

5. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to strategic planning for projects and portfolios.
Recommend process improvements automation and best practices for project delivery.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and delivery capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 12 years of relevant experience in project management.
Experience managing multi location and cross functional teams.
Prior exposure to governance frameworks and structured PMO environments is preferred.
Proven experience in project management governance and delivery.
Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
High proficiency in tools like MS Project JIRA Confluence Excel PowerPoint.
Understanding of business processes technology implementations and enterprise systems.
Must be onsite at the client in Salt Lake City UT 3 days/wk.
