FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Prospect for new customers (Channel Partners and End Users)

  • Proactively seek out additional revenue opportunities (cross-selling) with existing accounts

  • Comfortable working with large National Resellers MSSPs and VARs to generate new pipeline and opportunities

  • Identifying strategic partner recruit targets

  • Work in a fast-paced flexible and passionate sales environment under minimal supervision

  • Provide detailed knowledge of ESETs product portfolio

  • Travel perform presentations and work with customers and business development partner teams.

  • Perform weekly forecasting with accuracy.

  • Ability to coordinate sales activities across multi-functional groups (Inside Field Sales Engineering teams etc.)

  • Competence and knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes.

  • Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews to deepen our traction with partners

  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment regarding the relative costs and benefits of potential actions

  • Identify opportunities for improving partner performance and implement strategies to address these.

  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain detailed records of partner activities sales performance and pipeline status.

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets.



REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the software security industry.

  • Experience working within or supporting a Canadian Channel sales organization preferred.

  • Detail-oriented highly organized and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and overall PC-based business applications.

  • Solid mathematical aptitude including the ability to calculate discounts commissions interest percentages and margins.

  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
