Job Summary

Title: SAP EAM Manager/Senior Manager M&M

Work Model: Hybrid - Travel to Vancouver/CA on regular basis required (4 days every other week)

Duration: ASAP-31/03/2027 (initially)

Allocation: Full time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP EAM
Mandatory Mining & Metals industry experience
Hands-on involvement in at least three (3) S/4HANA full cycle implementations with EAM as a core module
Strong practical expertise in EAM Phase Model Configuration & RSH scheduling tool
Solid understanding and applied experience with SAP Fiori apps for EAM
Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management in asset-intensive environments
Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
Ability to support cross module workstreams i.e. Reporting and Analytics Integrations Security
EAM Data migration experience

Preferred / Differentiating Experience:

Experience acting as a Functional Lead Solution Lead or EAM Lead on SAP implementations
Experience defining EAM standards governance models and deployment patterns
Exposure to large complex integration landscapes involving legacy systems
