Position Role: To deliver recovery training at Tidworth Personnel Recovery Centre |
Responsibilities: - 1. Delivery of Core Recovery Events (CRE) and recovery support activities for PRD.
- 2. Develop and progress Individual Recovery Plans (IRP) for PRD.
- 3. Contribute to Internal Validation of PRC courses.
- 4. Liaison with external agencies to provide resources in support of the CRE programme and additional recovery
- support activities including RN liaison for Invictus Games.
- 5. Manage and co-ordinate delivery of other educational courses such as Career Transition Workshop (CTW) Unit
- Recovery Officer (URO) and Delivery Recovery Capability Employment Training (DRCET) in liaison with local
- organisations.
- 6. Liaise with RN WRTM organisations and local Learning Development Officers on the suitability of PRC courses for personnel in the RN.
- 7. Provide training and education advice and support to Units and PRD as necessary.
- 8. Any other tasks as directed by the Training Officer or OC PRC
