Seeking and Operations Manager for manufacturing facility in Grover NC. This position will also handle general maintenance at the facility.1st shift should be available for rotating weekends and emergency calls.75-90kJob Responsibilities:- Monitor facility systems including HVAC electrical and mechanical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Performance any preventative and general maintenance needed at the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Ensure all facility documentation including maintenance logs and safety records are accurately maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle heavy workload of calls
- Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
- Manage workload and job scheduling
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Keep manager informed of customer feedback
- Communicate effectively and promptly
- Perform service activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
- Control supplies equipment and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
- Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
- Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
- Work with District Manager to develop an action plan for all invoices that are outside of the contractual parameters.
- Ensure that vehicle inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed on all area vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Facility Maintenance Background (HVAC Electrical Plumbing)
- Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices particularly in critical infrastructure industries.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations codes permits and standards particularly those related to electrical mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational planning and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors contractors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess valid unexpired drivers license
