Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to manage small to mid-market commercial accounts and provide exceptional service to the valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance and proficiency in EPIC software. This is a fully in-office position offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $60000 annually (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
- Manage day-to-day account servicing including policy renewals endorsements and client inquiries.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in EPIC software.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully in-office environment.
